The Rainbow Connection: Mother’s Day/Father’s Day

This class explores the value of caring. We will read Splat the Cat: the perfect present for Mom & Dad by Rob Scotton, and make a Rainbow Necklace.

Big Sundays of Surprises (Grade 1-6)

UU Super Heroes: Pete Seeger (1919-2014) Singing for Justice and a Clean Environment

The children will hear about the life of a UU social justice environmental activist, and experience how strong messages can be delivered by music.

Sparks Preschool/Flames (Age 3 – Grade 1)

Creating Home: Muhammad

This week’s lesson will provide an experience for children of gaining insights from one of the Unitarian Universalist sources, the world’s religions

Blazes (Grades 2-3) & Mysteries (Grades 4-5)

Harry and UU: Fighting the Environmental Horcrux

This Sunday the class will work on fighting the Environmental Horcrux by making Save the Monarchs kits. Money collected will be donated to an organization that works at protecting the environment.

Questioners Middle Youth (Grades 6-7)

Traditions with a Wink: Mother’s Day

This class will give Middle Youth the opportunity to express their good feelings for the people and relationships around them, especially their mothers.

Passages (Grade 8) & Seekers Senior Youth (Grades 9-12)

Neighboring Faiths: The Neighboring Faiths Experience

The Senior Youth will share their experiences of visiting other religions’ churches, temples, and centers with Passages Youth in preparation for a visit to a Mormon temple.
