Chalice Children: Caring for the Earth

In this session the children will learn that Unitarian Universalists work very hard to take care of the earth.

The children will become familiar with the events leading up to the death of Jesus, and learn about key concepts central to the message of the Christian Church: crucifixion and resurrection.

In this session the children will learn about the amazing camouflaging skill of cuttlefish, and compare this ability with the way that people sometimes change how they act or what they look like depending on the people that are around them. 

Questioners Middle Youth (Grades 5-7)

Popcorn Theology: Little Buddha

This week the Questioners Middle Youth will use the movie Little Buddha to explore the concept of Karma as system of cosmic fairness.

Passages (Grades 8-9)

Coming of Age: Leadership in Congregational Life

This workshop will help the Passages youth discover the varied possibilities for congregational leadership, and meet some of the congregation’s leaders.
