Transcending Power of Gospel Music

The Annual Gospel Worship Services highlight the many ways Gospel songs are formatted and presented, while retaining the same powerful human, redemptive message.  The UU Gospel Choir, directed by Marie Flowers and accompanied by guest pianist Everrett Parker (LSU Gospel Choir Director), will showcase traditional Gospel, folk Gospel, UU Gospel, and Jazz infused Gospel with hints of Buddhist chant.
