Congregational Meeting after the second service. - Implementing our Strategic Plan.

The congregation will vote on a motion to proceed with development of a plan to implement the organic growth elements of our Strategic Plan. The organic growth goals of our plan included:

• (Assistant  Minister): Expand  our  professional  ministry by hiring an assistant minister.
• (Enhanced Facilities): Improve and update our sanctuary, our parking  lot  and  our office  space.
• (Programming/Outreach): Enhance  our church programming, outreach  and administration by additional staff support.
• (Assessment/Planning):  Provide for assessment  and  planning  for our church  ministries, programming and outreach.
• (Capital/Growth  Fund  Drive): Conduct a capital/growth  fund  drive  to provide the necessary financial support.
