    One of the more visible functions of Outreach is organizing projects for service to the community, a function facilitated by the spirit of volunteerism that runs deep in our church.

     We begin our year of outreach to the community with our annual Martin Luther King, Jr.

     Our fall volunteer service at the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank is Saturday, October 21 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. At least twenty volunteers are needed for the morning's service of sorting and boxing donated goods.
